Personal Information

Dr. Hoenes brings enormous experience and training to Northside Pediatrics.   She dreamed of being a pediatrician from the age of four and has loved fulfilling that dream through many years of rigorous training and practice.  Dr. Hoenes grew up in Jonesboro, Georgia and graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology. She earned her Doctor of Medicine Degree at Mercer University School of Medicine and then spent another five years of training in Pediatrics and Neurology at the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital/University of Cincinnati.  Dr. Hoenes returned to Middle Georgia in 2012 and has been practicing as a child neurologist as well as a general pediatrician.  She is known for her tenderness and compassion, as well as being an excellent physician.

Dr. Hoenes and her husband, Kevin Larrick, are the proud parents of three precious little girls (Sophia, Sarah, and Scarlett). Dr. Hoenes credits her three children as being the best part of her pediatric education.  She and her family are members of Forsyth United Methodist Church where Kevin plays keyboard in the praise band.  As a family, they enjoy swimming, being outdoors, and going on Disney cruises.

Personal Information

Dr. Berry is a pediatrician with over 30 years of experience caring for children and educating their parents. As a young child growing up in middle Georgia, Dr. Berry felt a call to medicine. He completed his undergraduate and medical school training in Georgia and then his internship and residency in North Carolina. After his medical training, Dr. Berry returned to middle Georgia to practice pediatrics.

Dr. Berry is known for his compassionate care and willingness to listen to parents and children. Whether it is helping parents train their children to sleep through the night or working through the trials of learning disabilities or autism, he regards every child as special and desires to partner with parents to help each child reach his or her God-given potential. Dr. Berry enjoys the continuity of care he is able to give to children and enjoys getting to know the whole family. He feels fortunate that he is now even treating babies of parents he once treated as children.

Dr. Berry and his wife Margaret are the parents of two daughters. Emily is a Physician Assistant who has worked in Neurology, although right now she is at home taking care of Jay, who is Dr. Berry and Margaret’s first grandson. She is married to Julian, an internist at Mercer. Catherine, a social worker, is married to Jake and is a therapist at an inpatient psychiatric hospital in Atlanta. Dr. Berry enjoys traveling with his family and is active in his church and community.

Personal Information

Caitlin attended the University of Georgia for her undergraduate studies and received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Pediatric Nursing from Emory University. She has vast experience in Primary Care, Pulmonology, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Hematology, and Oncology.

Caitlin moved to Macon in 2012 with her husband Clay, their three girls, (Cayla, Callie, and Charley Kate) and her stepson (Clayton). In her free time, Caitlin enjoys Orangetheory, traveling, going to concerts, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs. She is excited to join Northside Pediatrics and help your children grow and thrive.
